The largest of the properties converted from the old ‘Porthcurno Hotel', Trevose is a spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite, 1 with jacuzzi bath).

On the ground level a comfy lounge with a mock wood burner and 42” plasma TV lead to a spacious and relaxing dining room with oak dining table and huge windows; from here French doors connect to a sunny conservatory leading onto a balcony- both of which have glorious sea views. The luxury designer kitchen is extensively equipped and has a range cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher as well as a further dining area.

Upstairs the bedrooms comprise a king size master with seaviews, a pretty double and a twin bed room with zip together beds.

As well as the balcony and shared gardens, Trevose also has it’s own terraced garden with summerhouse and 2 allocated parking spaces.
