The dark wood kitchen units are modern and have slate worktops. There are integrated appliances including fridge and freezer, washer dryer, and dishwasher. With a tiled floor, the kitchen is extremely functional and attractive.

Off the living area lies the second bedroom, which has a single bed and an extra bed which can be folded down.

Also off the living area is the main bedroom, with en-suite shower room. Furnished with built in wardrobes and a chest of pine drawers, there is plenty of storage space here.

The apartment also has a large second bathroom with spa bath and a storage cupboard in the corner.

Nicely carpeted, the living room has a granite fireplace with a multi fuel stove which is very welcoming. The heating is by duoheat night storage heaters which have a daytime boost feature to maintain the right temperature during off season.

This is a lovely convenient apartment and is particularly attractive to those with a slightly limited mobility, although there are a couple of steps up to the entrance doors.
